Welcome to Transformational Herbal Pharmacy! We’re happy to offer practitioners a wide variety of the highest quality Chinese herbs to better serve their patients. It’s our greatest hope that by partnering with us that you can easily expand your practice’s offerings of herbal medicine and improve the health of those you help.

Products and Formula Structures We Offer
We carry over 300 raw Chinese herbs, patent herb formulas, CBD products, and dietary supplements. For all the herbal formulas that don’t come to us premade, our trained staff makes each by hand. We also offer grinding, cutting, and encapsulation services with decoction services added in the near future.
Raw Herbs
We carry over 300 raw herbs and create herbal formulas by hand in our pharmacy.
Granules
Herb granules are dissolved in water for an easy way to enjoy Chinese herbal medicine.
Capsules
Any herb granule we carry can be encapsulated.
Vacuum Packs
Packs keep herbs fresher for longer by reducing oxidation.

Superior Safety & Quality Assurance
Safety and quality control are of chief importance when it comes to operating an herbal pharmacy. Our pharmacy follows the dispensing guidelines set by the NCCAOM which encompasses every aspect of dispensing practices. Herb purity evaluations and testing are all conducted prior to delivery to our pharmacy by our trusted suppliers.
Herbal Database
Find and place orders for any herb or herbal formula for your patients through our practitioner dashboard. Once you create a free account with us you’ll be able to browse our products, including our database of formulas, and either place orders for your stock or create prescriptions for individual patients. Create and save your herb formulas to use later.
Herbal Services
As a full-service pharmacy we offer grinding, cutting, and encapsulation services. You may choose to have a raw herb ground if it is to be added to a granular formula or if it needs to be encapsulated. Encapsulation services are available for raw herbs and granule formulas for an additional charge.
Branding Options
Once you have created an account, you’re able to customize your products in several ways, including adding your own branding to prescriptions by uploading your logo. Please note that your logo will need to meet certain size requirements for approval. You can also create custom Herbal Formula Labels and Custom Herbal Formula Infosheets to provide additional information to your patients.
Custom Price Setting
Transformational Herbal Pharmacy is your pharmacy which means you set the price. When placing a prescription order for a patient, you can set the price for all products. This ensures you have control of your margins and can set prices that make sense for your business.
Herbal Prescription Refills
Our practitioner interface makes setting dosage, refill number, and refill timing easy for you and your patients. When creating a prescription you can set the number of refills available and set the time between refills. Once it’s time for a refill, your patient can order directly from us.
Online Ordering
Order all the herbs, herbal formulas, specialty CBD products, and dietary supplements you need for yourself and your patients. Practitioners can order in bulk and also create individual prescriptions for their patients. Save herbal formulas to use again, set up your own branding, and set your own rate all online. Please note that there is a minimum order of 1000 grams for granules and 500 grams for raw herbs.
Shipping Options
We have several options for you to receive your orders. When ordering for your business, select an address for your order or pick it up at our physical clinic in Dupont Circle Washington D.C. Your patients also have the option to enter their preferred shipping address or pick it up at our clinic. A same-day local rush fee is available during formula building for a $10 charge.
Payment Methods
Payments for both practitioners and patients are completed online during checkout. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express).
